环境试验箱围护结构传热研究

摘    要:通过对环境试验箱围护结构由高温降至低温时的非稳态传热过程建立物理模型和数学模型,并使用有限容积法及TDMA进行围护结构传热数值计算来分析3种不同降温工况下的围护结构的传热特性,提出了围护结构质量系数概念,用以简化计算其降温时的耗冷量.

Abstract:The heat transfer characteristics of exterior protected construction of environmental test chamber in three different cooling conditions were analyzed through construction of physical and mathematical models under an unsteady state from high temperature to low temperature, and numerical calculations of heat transfer by FVM as well as TDMA. A conception of mass coefficient was put forward to simplify cool consumption calculations of exterior protected construction.
