袋式除尘器多段脉冲清灰技术的研究

摘    要:提出一种"多段脉冲清灰技术"以解决长滤袋袋式除尘器的脉冲清灰问题,为此专门设计了多段脉冲清灰系统并在袋式除尘器模型上进行实验.实验结果表明,对于长度超过6m的滤袋,采用多段脉冲清灰可以显著提高清灰效率,并且有利于保持袋式除尘器的稳定运行和延长清灰周期.因此,采用多段脉冲清灰技术十分必要,技术可行.

Abstract:Several - section pulse - jet cleaning technology is raised to solve the cleaning problem of long- bag fabric filter, the system based on the technology is designed end the experiment is done. The results show that the use of this technology can remarkably improve the cleening efficiency and help to maintain the stable operation of the bag filter and lengthen the cleaning dust period when the fabric bag is more than 6 meters long and so it is necessary and feasible to adopt this technology.
