| Abstract: | The generation of nonequilibrium plasmas is mainly discribed under ambient temperature an atomspherical pressure as well as its phsical and chemical processes. Applications of nonequilibrium discharges are critically reviewed to flue gas cleaning in the respect of removal and destruction of undesired species such as SC2, NOx and COx respectively. |
