| 摘 要： | 研究了可自动监测工业排放废水Ｃｒ＾６＋的在线监测仪。采用５１系列单片机对流体注射仪（ＦＩＡ）进行自动控制，以硬件自动检测Ｃｒ＾６＋浓度。当Ｃｒ＾６＋浓度大于０．４ｍｇ／Ｌ，小于０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ时，发生预报警信号，大于０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ时，发出强报信号，以提醒工作人员控制废水排放浓度，采用防脉冲干扰平均值滤波法对数据进行处理，可消除采样中的干扰。

| Abstract: | A new type of automatic instrument for controlling and detecting the concentration of Cr containing waste water has been developed. The FIA device was controlled by a single slice computer of 51 series and then the concentration of Cr6+ would be detected continuously and automatically by the corresponding hard ware as well.Such a system will get pre-alarm when the concentration of Cr6+ fell to the range from 0.4mg/l to 0.5 mg/1, while the concentration of Cr6+ was greater than 0.5rng/l, the alarm will be enhanced once again in order to notice the operator.A digital filter was applied to the data processing for protecting from pulse interference. |
