摘    要:以95台中小型烟煤层燃炉(£70MW)的燃料特性分析数据和颗粒物(PM)排放实测数据为基础,利用统计分析方法及SPSS13.0统计分析软件,分析了锅炉出力W、过量空气系数a、燃煤灰分含量w(A)对燃烧过程PM初始排放因子的影响,研究了PM初始排放因子的变化规律.结果表明,在锅炉运行负荷380%的条件下,基于燃料消耗量、燃料发热量和灰分含量的PM初始排放因子EF0C、EF0H和EF0A基本上与W无关; EF0C、EF0H随a和w(A)的增加而增大,EF0A随w(A)增加而减小.3种影响因子由强到弱的顺序分别为EF0C:w(A)> a> W;EF0H:w(A)> a> W;EF0A:w(A)> a> W.
