摘    要:研究了不同温度对两相厌氧发酵特性的影响,温度设置分别为30、35、40、45、50、55和60℃,产酸相和产甲烷相的温度保持一致。结果表明,不同温度对挥发酸含量的变化趋势相同,都是随着发酵时间的增加先升高到最高点后开始下降,温度的改变不会影响牛粪的产酸代谢类型;温度的升高有利于水解过程的进行,但不利酸化过程的进行。产甲烷相的最佳水力停留时间为6 d,温度为35℃时产气量最高为6.08 L/d,中温更有利于牛粪湿法厌氧发酵过程的进行。

Abstract:The influences of different temperatures on the characteristics of two-phase anaerobic fermentation were studied. The temperatures in acidogenic phase were consistent with methane-producing phase, which were set at 30℃,35℃,40℃,45℃,50℃,55℃,60℃,respectively. The results showed that the tendency of volatile acids at the different temperatures were in the same direction, increasing to the highest point then declining with increasing fermentation time. The acid-produced type of cow dung was not affected by the change in temperatures. Elevated temperature was conducive to the hydrolysis process but was detrimental to acidification process. The optimal hydraulic retention time of the methane-producing phase was six days, and the most prolific gas production was 6.08 L/d which was obtained at 35℃. The mesophilic temperature was conducive to the wet anaerobic fermentation process of cow manure.
