| 摘 要： | 综合考虑国际航空枢纽应具备的区域服务功能、国内国际中转功能,分析了乌鲁木齐国际机场发展现状、软硬件能力和潜力,以及未来的发展战略方向、机遇与挑战,构建了乌鲁木齐国际机场不同运输距离之间点对点式、蛛网式、中枢辐射式航空网络体系,进一步探讨了机场空间布局模式、阶段式发展模式、基地组织运行模式和交通链接模式。提出相关政策措施,旨在为丝绸之路经济带"双高共赢"发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | By considering the regional service,domestic and international transfer functions of the international aviation hub,the status of airport development,the hardware capacity of the airport,and the national development strategy for the future,and the opportunities and challenges,this study rtied to construct a comprehensive aviation network system of "point to point","spider"and "hub-and-spoke"types of Urumqi international airport between different transport distances.It also further explored the airport space layout mode,stages of development pattern,base operation mode and traffic link mode,put forward relevant policies and measures,in order to provide valuable reference to high speed and high efficiency development and cooperation of the Silk-road Economic Belt in the future. |
