基于数据包络分析的四川省民营经济劳动力配置效率研究

当前,四川省经济已进入改革转型关键期,但高企的劳动力成本束缚着民营经济的进一步发展。劳动力作为民营企业重要的生产资源,其配置效率能折射出民营经济的发展态势。运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法研究四川省各市(州)民营经济中劳动力的配置效率,分析显示全省范围内规模有效性不足,整体配置效率在全省五大经济区上存在两极分化,配置效率滞后的地区大多在就业人员和单元人员工资方面存在明显的投入冗余。基于上述研究结论,提出通过同城化发展共享民营经济的发展环境,突出成都引领辐射带动作用,促进企业管理人才合理流动等建议。

Research on Labor Allocation Efficiency of Sichuan Private Economy Based on Data Envelopment Analysis

At present,the economy of Sichuan Province entered a critical period of reform and transformation,and the high labor cost re stricted the further development of private economy. As an important production resource,the allocation efficiency of labor force could reflect the development trend of private economy. Using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)method,this paper studied the cities of Sichuan Province in the private economy of the labor force allocation efficiency,effectiveness analysis showed that the province within the scope of scale was insuffi cient,the overall allocation efficiency existed polarization on five economic zones in the whole province,allocative efficiency laged behind most of the region in terms of employment and unit personnel salary existed obvious input redundancy. Finally,based on the above results,this paper put forward the development environment of sharing private economy through urbanization,highlighted the leading and driving role of Chengdu,and promoted the rational flow of enterprise management talents.
