“一带一路”背景下甘肃新能源产业发展路径探析

能源是"一带一路"建设的重中之重,新能源的发展更是"一带一路"建设的重要抓手。"一带一路"倡议的实施为甘肃新能源产业的发展提供了得天独厚的契机和平台,同时在发展过程中面临着一些挑战。总结了在"一带一路"背景下甘肃新能源产业发展的基础与优势,分析了甘肃新能源产业在发展过程中存在消纳不足、电价协调机制不完善、对外投资困难和人才短缺等问题。针对存在的问题,从拓宽市场、深化国际国内合作、发挥产业优势和人才培养等方面提出对策建议。

Analysis of the Development Path of New Energy Industry in Gansu under the Belt and Road Initiative

Energy was the top priority of"the Belt and Road"construction,and the development of new energy was an important starting point for"the Belt and Road"construction,the implementation of"the Belt and Road"initiative provided a unique opportunity and platform for the development of Gansu′s new energy industry.At the same time,there were some challenges in the development process.This paper mainly explained the basis and advantages of Gansu new energy industry development in the context of"the Belt and Road".It also analyzed the lack of consumption in the development process of Gansu new energy industry,imperfect electricity price coordination mechanism,difficulties in for eign investment,and talent shortage problem.Finally,according to the existing problems,some countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of broadening the market,deepening international and domestic cooperation,giving play to industrial advantages,and training personnel.
