| 摘 要： | 以福州新区生活性服务业网点设施为研究对象,采用核密度分析、平均最近邻法、Ripley′s K函数等方法,分析其空间集聚特征和空间分布影响因素。结果表明:福州新区生活性服务业整体上呈"核心集聚,边缘分散"的空间集聚特征,各类服务业表现出明显空间尺度依赖性;在社会经济、交通区位、政府政策等因素的作用下,福州新区生活性服务业空间分布呈现出较明显的"虹吸效应"。

| Abstract: | Taking the consumer service industry outlets in Fuzhou New District as the research object,this study analyzed the spatial ag glomeration characteristics of consumer service industry in Fuzhou New District.By means of nuclear density analysis,average nearest neighbor method and Ripley′s K function,the impact factors on the spatial pattern of the consumer service industry were analyzed.The results showed that the consumer service industry in the new district presents the spatial agglomeration characteristics of"core agglomeration and marginal dis persion".The various service industries showed obvious spatial scale dependence,the socio-economic,transportation location,government poli cies and other factors contributed to the spatial distribution of the consumer service industry in the new district. |
