安全科学及其发展方向

笔者认为安全科学是研究灾害与事故发生发展规律及对灾害事故采取对策与措施的综合性科学。安全科学是在总结人类与自然斗争中在安全防护措施和安全技术的基础上,随着现代化生产和现代科学技术的发展而逐步发展形成的。我国的安全科学经历了从安全措施到安全技术再到安全科学的发展历程,近10年来安全科学研究有了突破性发展。安全科学的发展方向是充分依靠技术进步,大力发展现代安全科学技术,改造传统工业安全生产条件,建立科学的管理体系,完善安全生产装备和监控手段。
