山东省区域经济差异时空特征及协调发展研究

定性、定量分析了1998年以来山东省区域经济差异的动态变化特征，运用聚类分析方法把17个地市分为东部和西部，对东西部经济差异进行测度并分析其原因。认为重视效率仍是当前山东省经济发展的主要出发点，同时正视地域差异，发挥区域优势。在继续鼓励东部地区加快发展的同时，对西部地区逐步实行适度倾斜政策，东西结合，在发展中缩小差距，实现协调发展。

Spatial- temporal Characteristics of Regional Economic Contrast and Study of Coordinated Development in Shandong Province

This thesis qualitatively and quantitafivdy analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the regional economic contrast in Shandong Province since 1998.The author classified the 17 cities into the eastern and western area using the method of clustering, measured the economic contrast and analyzed the reasons.The efficiency was still the key to the development of economy in Shandong Province,but simultaneously we should face up to the regional contrast and exert regional advantages. The eastern area should go on keeping high speed development, at the same time, government should give some favorable policy to western area. With the ooordination between the eastern and western area, the economic gap could be reduced between them and economy could grow coordinately.
