辐流式二沉池的数值模拟及应用

摘    要:采用标准k—ε两方程紊流模型和简化的多相流Mixture模型对辐流式沉淀池内的水流速度场和悬浮物浓度场进行了模拟。通过验证表明该模型能够很好地模拟沉淀池中水流流场以及污泥的分布情况。利用该模型模拟辐流式沉淀池在不同进水流速和不同挡板布置形式下的水流流场、悬浮物的浓度场,经过分析比较提出了更合理的沉淀池运行工况,并优化了挡板的布置形式,以期提高沉淀池的运行效率。

Abstract:Standard k -ε two equation model and the simplified muhiphase Mixture model are used to simulate the fluid velocity distribution and sludge volume fraction in a circular clarifier. Results indicate that the mathematical model can simulate the hydrodynamic characteristics of water flow and concentration field of sludge in tanks well. Furthermore, the mathematical model is applied to calculation of the velocity field of water flow and concentration field of suspended solids in a circular tank under different locations of baffles, different flow velocities at water inlets. By analysis of the calculated results, we can determine more rational location of baffles and flow velocity at water inlets, in order to improve operational efficiency.
