| 摘 要： | 在全球气候变暖，生态环境日益恶化的背景下，发展低碳经济成为全世界普遍关注的问题，更是决定我国的可持续发展能否顺利进行的关键。介绍了中国当前面，临的形势、世界发展低碳经济的现状，从建立能源保障体系、创新考核机制、加强低碳技术的研发和金融扶持等方面进行论述，旨在找出适合中国低碳经济发展的道路。

Introduce the development of low carbon economy at home and abroad, analyze the road of development low carbon economy in China based on the analysis of establish resource guarantee system, innovations in performance evaluation,enhaning technology research of low carbon and support of finance to the technology. |
