Abstract:According to some parameters in spectrophotometric measurement,such as absorbances,sampling volumes,etc,mathematical direct caculation models of recovery efficiency for spectrophotometric analysis have been established in this paper.The models were verified to be simple,rapid,accurate and reliable by doing several types of recovery experiments.
