摘    要:选取安徽6座典型城市(合肥、芜湖、蚌埠、马鞍山、铜陵、淮南)1994-2010年经济发展指标和工业“三废”数据,对综合型和矿产资源开采型两类不同城市的环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)形态进行实证研究.结果表明:不同类型城市的“三废”污染物指标的EKC形状各异,呈现出经济发展与环境污染关系的不同特征,这与当地的产业特点及政府的经济发展政策密不可分.同时使用灰色分析法研究其影响因子,结果发现,经济结构与技术进步对环境污染有着重大的影响.

Abstract:This paper examines the Environmental Kuznets Curve based on the data of economic development level and industrial wastes at six typical cities in Anhui province (Hefei, Wuhu, Bengbu, Ma'anshan, Tongling and Huainan). The six cities can be divided into two types, comprehensive city and mineral resources mining city. The results show that the shapes of EKC differ among the cities as well as the pollution index, suggesting different relationships between economic development and environmental pollution. Such relationships are closely linked with the characteristics of the local industry and the government policies during the sampling period. Furthermore, gray correlation method is adopted to investigate the impact factors. The results show that economic structure and technological progress have significant impacts on environmental pollution.
