摘    要:吸附法油气回收技术中,吸附剂的再生是一个难点和研究重点。微波加热作为一种新的再生技术,受到人们日益的重视。实验利用比表面积及孔隙分析仪测定了经多次微波真空,加热真空和加热再生后的活性炭的表面结构变化,通过对比分析,探讨了3种工艺多次再生活性炭对活性炭表面结构的影响。结果表明,3种工艺均对活性炭结构都有所破坏,但微波真空再生对活性炭比表面积和孔容破坏最小,净吸附容量最大,从效率及能耗上都比较好。

Abstract:The regeneration of adsorbent is always a hot topic in the research and development of the oil vapor recovery technology using adsorption separation method.As a new regeneration method,the microwave radiation has been paid more and more attention.In the experiment,surface structure of activated carbon by repeated microwave-vacuum,vacuum-heating and heating regeneration was assayed by analyzer of specific surface area and porosity,to discuss the influence of three repeated regeneration processes on surface structure of activated carbon through the comparison and analysis.The results showed that three processes all destroyed surface structure in varying degrees,and vacuum-heating desorption had minimum impact on specific surface area and pore volume,and maximum net adsorption,turning out better in efficiency and energy consumption.
