摘    要:在全球资源短缺、环境恶化的大背景下,中国作为一个人口众多、生产和消费相当惊人的发展中国家加强节能减排工作意义深远。鉴于中国的基本现状,应通过结构调整、技术创新、管理优化和公众参与四种途径来实现节能减排,力促经济、社会、环境和资源的可持续发展。

Abstract:In the context of global resource shortages and environmental degradation, the problem of energy - saving and emission reduction have significant meaning for China, a developing country with large population as well as huge production and consumption needs. The work of enhancing energy - saving and emission reduction has far - reaching significance to China. This target can be realized by four methods, including structural adjustment, technological innovation, optimized management and public participation in a bid to promote the sustainable development of the economy, society, environment and resource.
