基于提升能源化工基地清洁生产水平的节能减排潜力分析

摘    要:文章以榆林能源化工基地代表性的支柱产业为例,开展依靠科技进步提升清洁生产水平的节能减排潜力分析。分析结果表明,至"十二五"末期榆林能源化工基地的支柱产业分别将清洁生产水平提高至一级或二级,可减少的二氧化硫排放量是3 451.8吨/年和1 094.3吨/年,氮氧化物排放量是5 333.5吨/年和1 962.5吨/年。

Abstract:In this paper will take the pillars industries of Yulin energy and chemical industry base as example to conduct anal- ysis on energy saving and emission reduction capabilities of cleaner production based on scientific and technological progress. The results shows that by the end of "Twelfth Five - year Plan", the pillars industries of Yulin energy and chemical industry base will raise the cleaner production to the first level or the second level. The reduction quantity of sulfur dioxide emission is 3451.8 - 1094. 3 tons/year and nitrogen oxide emission is 5333. 5 - 1962. 5 tons/year.
