穿越水域输气管道裸露悬空段的应力敏感性分析

摘    要:为保证穿越水域输气管道裸露悬空段的安全运行,需要对裸露悬空段的应力进行敏感性分析。根据流体动力学和固体力学理论,利用有限元软件对水流冲击下的裸露悬空管段进行流固耦合模拟分析,并找出影响管道受力的主要因素。基于模拟计算结果,采用单因素敏感性分析法分析各影响因素对管道应力的影响程度,计算各敏感度系数并识别出影响管道应力的关键因素。计算结果表明:裸露悬空管段的径厚比和悬空长度为影响管道应力的关键因素,两者与管道应力同方向变化,且管道应力对径厚比的敏感性相较于其对悬空长度更强。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe operation in exposed and suspended section of water crossing gas pipeline, the sensitivity analysis on stress of exposed and suspended section is necessary. Based on the theories of fluid dynamics and solid mechanics, a fluid-solid coupling simulation analysis was conducted on the exposed and suspended section under the impact of water flow by using the finite element software, and the main factors influencing the force of pipeline were found out. According to the simulated results, the influence degree of each factor on pipeline stress was analyzed by the analysis method of single factor sensitivity. Finally, the sensitivity coefficients were calculated, and the key influence factors of pipeline stress were identified. The results showed that the diameter-thickness ratio of pipeline and suspended length are the key influence factors of pipeline stress. The two factors vary in the same direction with pipeline stress, and the stress sensitivity to diameter-thickness ratio is stronger than that to suspended length.
