盘管或排管的安全性分析

摘    要:针对盘管或排管因塑性加工变形产生残余应力、结构设计不合理,产生附加应力、焊接接头质量缺陷产生裂纹源和流体动能产生的应力等问题,通过对盘管或排管的结构设计、成形后的截面尺寸、焊接接头质量以及在特殊情况下发生的失效及其危害性进行分析,提出了提高盘管或排管安全性能的措施。结果表明,增加焊接接头的无损检测,选取合适的介质流速,提高柔性,在塑性变形后进行热处理,增加合适的壁厚加工减薄量和采用全焊透焊接结构,能有效控制盘管或排管的安全性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of coil or calandria such as residual stress caused by plastic processing deformation, additional stress caused by unreasonable structure design, crack source caused by quality defect of welding joint and the stress caused by fluid kinetic energy etc, through the analysis on the structure design, section size after forming, quality of welding joint and the failure and its hazard in special situations of coil or calandria, the countermeasures to improve the safety performance of coil or calandria were put forward. The results showed that the following measures can effectively control the safety of coil or calandria, including the addition of nondestructive testing on welding joint, selection of suitable medium velocity, improvement of flexibility, carrying out thermal treatment after plastic deformation, addition of suitable reduction quantity in wall thickness processing, and adoption of full penetration welding structure etc.
