| Abstract: | Proposal of the National People’s Congress and CPPCC on environmental protection could express the public’s demands,promote local environmental protection legislation and guide the work of environmental protection.It is an important way for the public to participate in and supervise environmental protection.Taking Dalian’s experience in handling proposals as an example,this paper expounds how to give full play to the role of Proposal of the National People’s Congress and CPPCC in the work of environment protection. |
