| Abstract: | Buildings suffer from losses from thunders annually, while their construction quality in thunderbolt -proof devices has many problems which violate the Regulation. So much more attention should be aroused from their inhabitants and in their design,construction,quality supervision,and inspection. Then their safety thunder -proof can be achieved. |
