国家自然科学基金环境工程学科生态环境系统工程与风险控制学科方向发展探讨

摘    要:当前我国生态环境问题复杂多变,环境污染治理面临新挑战、新机遇和新要求,亟需以系统观念、整体理念推动生态环境高质量发展。国家自然科学基金委环境工程学科开展学科优化布局与改革,设立“E1008区域与城市生态环境系统工程”和“E1009生态环境风险控制”学科方向。作为新兴交叉方向,需不断开展深入、全面探讨。立足于国家自然科学基金委环境工程学科顶层战略,诠释优化学科方向、解析学科内涵、阐述学科范式、凝炼科学问题,提出发展方向、总结创新机制,以推进学科有组织科研,构建学科创新高地,助力实现人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化。

Abstract:At present, China's ecological environment problems are complex and changeable. The management of environmental pollution is confronted with new challenges, opportunities, and requirements. It is imperative to employ a systematic approach and a holistic perspective to promote high-quality ecological and environmental development. The Environmental Engineering discipline of the National Natural Science Foundation of China is optimizing and reforming its disciplinary blueprint. This involves the establishment of two new sub-disciplines: “E1008 Regional and Urban Ecological-Environmental Systems Engineering” and “E1009 Ecological-Environmental Risk Control.” As emerging interdisciplinary fields, it is necessary to carry out continuous in-depth and comprehensive exploration. Based on the top-level strategic considerations of the Environmental Engineering discipline of the National Natural Science Foundation , this paper was focused on optimizing the direction of the discipline, dissecting its internal content, elucidating disciplinary paradigms, distilling scientific issues, proposing development directions, summarizing innovative mechanisms, advancing organized research within the discipline, and building a stronghold for disciplinary innovation, which was aimed to support the realization of a Chinese-style modernization that fosters harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
