| Abstract: | The causation analysis is conducted on an accidental spontaneous combustion of ferrous sulfide in a naphtha tank. The fact concludes that the substance causing spontaneous combustion is not ferrous sulfide. Preventive measures are suggested to prevent the similar accident. |
