输气站场风险分析

摘    要:天然气输送系统中,输气站场的安全、高效运行是保证天然气输送的关键.将输气站场设备和管线划分为风险评价单元,并将质量管理中常用的定性评价方法(FMEA)和美国石油协会API581标准相结合,对输气站场进行风险评价,由于FMEA针对质量管理的特性可以对站场进行持续风险评价,从而确保了生产绩效的不断提高.

Abstract:To natural gas transportation system,the stations take an important part in the safe and efficient operation of natural gas transmission.Dividing the equipment and pipelines into risk evaluation modules and adopting the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA),a popularly used qualitative appraisal way in the quality control,and American petroleum Institute API581 standards,this paper uses Quantitative Risk Assessment to assess the risk of the station in the natural gas transportation system.Because of its characteristics aimed at the quality control,FMEA can be used for the continuous risk assessment of the station,thus making increasing enhancement of performance achievements.
