| 摘 要： | 新农村建设中的环境问题不仅是建设社会主义新农村的具体内容,也是广大农民实现小康目标的重要环节.只有转变经济增长方式,制定城乡一体化的相关政策,加强规划,保证投入,强化综合整治,并将其纳入新农村建设的决策、规划、组织、实施各环节,才有可能把农村环境问题的解决落到实处.

| Abstract: | Environmental issue in building socialist new countryside is not only a specific content, but also a key link in achieving the goal of comfortable well -off standard. However, we should shift the mode of economic growth, draw up corresponding policies for rural and urban integration, give priority to planning, ensure the investment, strengthen general control and management, and incorporate environmental issue into the links of policy decision. Only in this way can we solve the pollution problems in rural area in a concrete form. |
