群孔爆扩中的安全问题

摘    要:探索提高深孔药壶爆破中群孔爆扩安全的技术途径,根据深孔药壳爆破中存在的主要安全隐患,结合技术分析和现场实践进行分析。从设计和施工两方面提出了群孔爆破扩最小爆扩安全间距的校核方法和施工技术措施。对减少壶腔坍塌,贯通及其他事故隐患,提高群孔药壳爆扩施工中的安全性具有重要意义。

Abstract:The influences of chamber collapse on construction safety are firstly analyzed.Based on modern blasting theory and experimental results, the present paper puts forward two checking methods of minimum safety distance among adjacent charges in multi hole springing blasts. Charge spacing can be calculated by the methods. Some key drilling parameters and hole spacing correction formulas in practice are also presented. The application of the results can prevent the collapse or linking up of adjacent cavities so as to be able to heighten the safety of multi hole springing blasts. The methods solve the problems of the depending on experience in springing blasts and hardly calculation of charge spacing, and in turn contribute to the safety of springing blasts, the development of spring theory and the application of a springing technology.The application shows that maximum vibration velocity of chamber point depends on chamber volume,characteristics of rock,et al.If chamber volume is big,the antiseismic properties is poor,and allowable velocity of the point is little,then charge spacing should be big.For shale,slate and limestone,radius of chamber should be lower than 45 cm,and velocity of point of 50 cm/s is suitable.
