斜气流技术的试验研究与工程应用

摘    要:针对电除尘器运行过程中出现的除尘效率下降问题,进行了斜气流技术模拟试验.试验中采用不同的调节装置,将气流调整到预定的斜气流廓线模式.分析了不同气流调节装置对流速分布的影响,将优化后的斜气流方案运用到实际工程中,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:The model experiments were researched using the Skew Gas-Flow Technology(SGFT) to solve the problem of collection efficiency declined in the practical function of the electrostatic precipitator.Different regulating assemblies were carried out to regulate the gas in the experiments.The influence from different gas regulating device on gas flow distribution were analyzed.The application of the optimized Skew Gas-Flow scheme in actual project were discussed which had been obtained a good result.
