克拉玛依油田百重七联合站污水处理自动控制方法研究

摘    要:主要介绍了克拉玛依油田污水处理的一般工艺流程,阐述污水处理自动控制系统的硬件结构,并针对百重七联合站污水的特定工艺流程,详细论述了根据不同的调储罐液位和处理污水的总来液量给定不同的反应罐入口污水流量值的联锁控制算法。

Abstract:This article mainly introduced the general technical process of Kelamayi Oil Field sewage treatment, elaborated the hardware configuration of sewage treatment automatic control system and aimed at the characteristics of Baichongqi Joint Station sewage treatment, particularly discussed the repository of the chain controller of cushiony tank level and reactive entrance sewage flux and designed the controller according to the research of expert control method and the operational experiences.
