| Abstract: | This paper gives an brief outline of the generation and pollution of electronic wastes, the laws and regulations for management as well as the present situation of disposal technique both at home and aboard. According to the characteristics of electronic wastes in China, proposals are put forward especially for management electronic wastes in Harbin. |
