| 摘 要： | 我国城市化进程与可持续发展要求不相适应，这种滞后性，源自于认识上的误区，二元结构社会结构的束缚，城乡一体化的发展观和城市发 现实矛盾。解决这个问题，只解决思想，积极推进城市化，加强城市可持续发展的规划和管理，加快基础设施建设，深化户籍，土地、社会保障制度改革。

| Abstract: | The urbanization process of our country fails to keep pace with the demand of sustainable development. This lagging is derived from the mistake of cognition, the bondage of duality society structure and the real conflict of urban development. To solve the problem, it is necessary to liberate our thoughts,to actively push the urbanization, to strengthen the programming and management of urban sustainable development, to quicken the construction of infrastructure, and to deepen the reform of census, lanil and social security system. |
