| Abstract: | The relationship between man and the earth shows its non-symmetrical and non-linear characteristics. The sharp conditradiction between both resulted from human driving to explore nature. The core of environmental degration is the scramble among different interest groups of man. The key task for harmonizing the relationship betwen man and the earth is to coordinate the interest distribution within human beings. Sustainable development needs conscious control and legal system by man itself. |
