We are facing some problems in the regional development: income per capita is getting large, land use needs to be strengthened employment stress is very high in some areas, and poverty ariveration must be continued. The country must balance the relationship between efficiency and equity, make full use of the financial tools such as policy bank and its branches, and enact the regional development law.
