摘    要:本文介绍了炼焦污水零排小试结果,试验中采用新型大孔吸附树脂脱酚,蒸汽汽提脱氨,处理后的污水用作熄焦补充水.试验证明该零排放方案是可行的.

Abstract:For the design of a pilot scale coke plant waste water ( CPW ) zero-discharge system in Naatong, concerning research had been conducted. In this system a patent adsorption resin has been used to replace solvent extraction in phenol removal. After pretrcatment the ammonia was removed by steam stripping. The mixture of H2S, HCN, NH3 etc., which were produced by slipping, was concentrated and incinerated.The cooled effluent of stipping column should be acidified to ensure pH<7 and then conducted into adsorption resin column to remove phenol.And caustic was used to desorp and recover phenol. The concentration of the main pollutants in the final effluent were as follows. phenol<20mg/l;free ammonia ( as N ) <150mg/l; sulphide<10mg/l.The effluent was used as coke quenching make up and is feasible.
