双氰胺-甲醛絮凝剂处理硝基酚类印染废水的脱色和COD去除效果研究

摘    要:利用改性双氰胺甲醛絮凝剂处理硝基酚类印染废水,改性絮凝剂n(双氰胺+尿素):n(氯化铵):n(氯酸盐):n(甲醛)=1.0:1.2:0.06:1.5。染料的脱色率和COD去除率都随着改性絮凝剂用量的增加而增加,投加1000mg/L絮凝剂时,脱色率和COD去除率分别可达85%、84%,该改性双氰胺絮凝剂具有很好的脱色和COD去除效率,其经济性也较好。

Abstract:A coagulation/flocculation process was employed for the treatment of nitrophenol dye wastewater.The formulation is n(dicyandiamide+urea): n(ammonium chloride): n(aluminum chlorate): n(formaldehyde)=1.0:1.2:0.06:1.5.In the best situation,with the modified dicyandiamide-formaldehyde flocculant(1000 mg/L),almost 85% of color removal and 84% of COD removal was obtained.The modified dicyandiamide-formaldehyde flocculants achieved better decolorization performance than conventional commercially available one,and it’s cost effective.
