| Abstract: | The concepts of environmental worthiness and environmental engineering were described. The present status of environmental worthiness in the world was introduced and analyzed. The way of thinking and countermeasures, for establishing materiel environmental engineering and its management system were suggested. The materiel environmental engineering work items and the key emphasis in every phases of materiel development period were put forward. |
