| Abstract: | According to the content and feature about proventing pollution and supervising adminis tration of ship,the article systmaticaly pointed out the procedure,method content and synthetical analysis methed about survey and getting evidence of pollution accident that is caused by ship that dis charging pollution breaking rules and regulations, and elaborated content of punishment,requirment of Prevent and control measure and principle of punishment in accordance with law. |
