处理印染废水用低成本磁流体的制备

摘    要:选用金属加工行业的3种除尘灰,利用化学共沉淀法制备水基磁流体,并将这3种磁流体用于处理印染废水,以色度和COD值为主要考察依据,筛选出较好的低成本磁种。结果表明,除尘灰C制备磁流体过程中,聚乙二醇4000投加量为2.75 g,pH值为11,所得的磁流体去除色度和COD的效率最好,去除率分别为95%和79%。

Abstract:Three kinds of precipitator dust selected from metalworking industries are used to preparative water-based magnetic fluid with the method of chemical coprecipitation.Dyeing wastewater is treaded by these three kinds of magnetic fluid,in which the value of chroma and COD is regarded as study basis and the better precipitator dust is elected as low-cost magnetic seed.The results show that during the preparation of magnetic fluid using precipitator dust C,the dosage of PEG-4000 is 2.75 g,the value of pH is 11,...
