微生物絮凝剂的制备及效果实验

摘    要:文章简要介绍了微生物絮凝剂的絮凝机理和絮凝效果,初步研究了从废弃菌渣中提取絮凝物质的工艺及制备过程中的影响因素,碱洗温度、碱洗时间、加碱量、酸洗时间和加酸量都对其有很大影响,对从废弃菌渣提取的微生物絮凝剂进行了效果实验,证实它对印染废水,造纸废水均有较好的处理效果.对于造纸废水的COD去除率可以达到40~68%,脱色率可以达到85%以上.对于印染废水,脱色率可以达到88%以上.

Abstract:The kinds of microbial flocculant, physicochemical property, flocculent mechanics, flocculent activity of bioflocculats are summarized in this paper. The technology of extracting microbial floeeulant from depleted myeelium is priority researched. The influental factors extracting is analyzed. The flocculating activity of floeeulant in has been verified experiment.
