腐殖酸对大白鼠骨组织影响的研究

摘    要:长时间给大白鼠注射黄腐酸(FA),发现骨头的颜色及自由基信号与注射的剂量成正相关。荧光光谱、紫外光谱及凝胶色谱对高剂量组(HD)和对照组(CK)的骨组织提取物的研究结果表明黄腐酸可沉积于大白鼠骨组织中。

Abstract:The influence of fulvic acid from Beijing weathered coal on the structure of rat bone has been studied. Emphasis was put on the fluorescent spectrum, ultra-violet spectrum and gel chromatographic properties of water extract of the rat bone injected with fulvic acid. The results showed that the evidence incorporating of fulvicacid into rat bone and the pathogenic significance of this incorporation in causing Chinese Kaschin-beck disease was evaluated.
