排硫杆菌T12对硫氰酸钠和硫代硫酸钠的氧化

摘    要:从处理腈纶废水的混合细菌SAT13中分离出一株化能自养细菌T12,命名为排硫杆菌T12(Thiobacillus thioparus T12)。该菌在含硫氰酸钠和硫代硫酸钠的无机合成培养基中生长较快,对硫氰酸钠和硫代硫酸钠的氧化能力很强。氧化的最适pH为6.6—7.6。在培养基中存在某些有机污染物的条件下不影响菌的生长和氧化硫氰酸钠的能力。当酚、丙烯腈和氰化钾等毒性大的污染物质浓度分别在125、225、5mg/L时即开始抑制硫氰酸钠的氧化。

Abstract:A strain of autotrophic bacteria was isolated from the mixed bacteria SAT13 which was used in the thiocyanate-containing wastewater treatment. Based on its morphology and physiological properties, this strain was identified as Thiobacillus thioparus.The bacterial strain grows rapidly in the defined mineral media containing thiocyanate or thiosulphate. Cell protein of about 100mg/L wasobtained within a day from thiocyanate-containing medium, and withintwo days from thiosulphate-containing medium. This strain can be utilizedto oxidize NaSCN with high efficiency. 3500mg/L NaSCN were completely oxidized in 40 hours, and 6400mg/L Na2S2O3 in 72 hours. This strain still maintains its oxidation ability even in medium containing some organic materials. The oxidation rate of NaSCN was not inhibited when the concentrations of acetone and isopropanol were as high as 800mg/L in the medium, but was inhibited when the concentrations of phenol, acrylonitrile and potassium cyanide were 125mg/L. 225mg/L and 5mg/L, respectively.
