| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the air pollutants emission in Shenyang and the target of controlling the total amount of air pollutants in Shenyang set by the Liaoning provincial EPB,it's distributed a total amount of air pollutants in the paper in order to control the total amount of air pollutants and to put forward the approaches for the total amount control to reduce air pollutants' emission. |
