汞分析仪直接测定土壤中总汞的方法研究

摘    要:建立了利用RP91C-RA915M汞分析仪直接测定土壤中总汞的方法。该方法直接固体进样,省去了常规方法加酸消解、赶酸、定容等繁琐的前处理步骤;利用标准土壤绘制工作曲线,无需反复稀释标准储备液配制标准溶液,测定了方法检出限、精密度及准确度。结果表明此方法准确、可靠,是一个比较理想的分析方法。本方法的检出限为0.25μg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.98%~4.92%,标准样品测定准确,加标回收率为92.8%~106%。

Abstract:In this paper, a method of direct determination of total mercury in soils was set up by use of RP91C-RA915M mercury analyzer. With regard to this method, solid sampling was directly conducted without fussy pre-treatment procedures of conventional methods such as acid digestion, acid driven, constant volume, etc.. Standard soil was used for drawing the working curves without the necessity of standard solution preparation by repeatable dilution of the standard stock solution. Moreover, detection limit, precision and accuracy of such method were determined. The result showed that with regard to this method, the detection limit was 0.25 μg/kg; RSD was 1.98%~4.92%; determination of the standard samples was precise; and the standard recovery rate was 92.8%~106%.
