摘    要:以电镀污泥为实验样品,对中国、美国和欧盟用于危险废物鉴别的浸出方法进行了比对实验研究,并对各种浸出实验的方法学依据和危险废物鉴别标准进行了探讨.结果表明我国现有的浸出方法的浸出率相对低,实验方法缺乏方法学依据,对危险废物的控制不利.美国环境保护局(USEPA)的TCLP和SPLP方法分别针对工业废物在城市生活垃圾填埋场的共处置和酸沉降对土壤或单独处置的废物的影响而设计;欧盟则根据不同类型的填埋场提出了不同的入场标准.这些思路和做法值得研究和借鉴.

Abstract:By using the plating sludge as test sample,five standard leaching test methods of China,U.S.A and EU were compared.The methodology of the methods and the limit values of hazardous waste were discussed.The results show that the leaching rate of the leaching methods used in China is relatively low,and the methodology bases are insufficient,which is the disadvantage to control the hazardous waste.The TCLP and SPLP of USEPA were designed for assessment of the impact of co-disposition of industrial waste in MSW and the impact of acid precipitation to soil and sole-disposed waste separately.The EU put forward the waste acceptance criteria according to different types of landfill.These thoughts and modus operandi are worth to study and use for reference.
