横向极板电除尘器二维流场的数值模拟

摘    要:对横向极板电除尘器内二维流场进行了数值模拟,流场模拟采用k-ε双方程模型,计算采用SIMPLE算法。利用有限体积法对计算区域进行离散,用前处理软件GAMBIT对几何模型进行网格划分,FLUENT流体计算软件对内部流场进行数值模拟,得出了内部流场随入口流速的增加,湍动性增加,阻力损失也会增大。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of 2-D flow field in ESP with transverse collection plates was carried out,in which a 2-equation model was adopted to simulate the flow field and the computation based on the SIMPLE algorithm.The finite volume method was used for computation area discretization,and the geometric model was meshed with GAMBIT.The numerical simulation of flow field with FLUENT came to the conclusion that turbulent intensity and pressure loss enhanced with the increase of inlet velocity.
