| 摘 要： | 放射环境管理工作是环境保护工作发展提出的新课题。文章通过对放射事故处理案例的讨论,探讨了放射环境管理工作中存在的蔽端,提出加强放射环境管理须走法制化道路,以法律手段确保放射环境监督管理与依法行政。
