电子束烟气脱硫技术工业示范工程进展

摘    要:处理成都电厂200MW机组锅炉的30万Nm3/h烟气。它是目前世界上已投入运行的处理烟气量最大的电子束脱硫装置。其脱硫率及脱硝率均超过80%及10%的设计值,各项运行消耗指标均低于设计值。处理过程为干法,无废水废渣,副产品硫(硝)铵可用作化肥。该装置的自动化程度较高,操作简便,对烟气SO2浓度及烟气量的变化有较好的适应性和负荷跟踪性。烟气中残氨浓度及周围的辐射剂量低于国家标准的规定。

Abstract:The Demonstration Project for Electron Beam Desulfuration of Flue Gases in Chengdu Power Plant started in March 1996 and completed in September 1997. By May 1998, it has been operated for 2400 hours. It passed the experts' appraisal and national acceptance on May 28,1998. In the project, A 300,000 Nm3/h of flue gas from 200MW generating unit boiler of the plant is treated by EB technology. It is the largest project which has put into operation using EB FGD in the world. It simultaneously removes more than 80% SO2 and 10% NOx from the flue gas. Both indexes are higher than required. Every operational consumption is lower than the design values. It is a dry process and therefore does not require slurry recycling or sludge disposal; Byproduct (NH4)2SO4 and NH4NO3 can be used as an agricultural fertilizer. The project has higher level of automation and the operation is simple. It provides easy process control and load-following capacity and adaptability for the variation of SO2 concentration. The residual ammonia in flue gas and radiation dose are lower than the national standards. The equipment is reliable and its maintenance can be simultaneous with the power plant. The results show that the demonstration project is successful and the process is superior to the conventional flue gas treatment techniques. It is estimated that the EB technology will must have a broad market in China.
