摘    要:采用锥形量热仪对不同尺寸的热塑性聚氨酯材料进行小尺寸燃烧试验研究,获得了点燃时间、热释放速率、烟气释放速率及燃烧特性指数等参数,分析了样品尺寸对其燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:点燃时间随着材料厚度的增加而延长;材料厚度的增加加长了内部导热过程,使热释放速率峰值和烟气释放速率峰值增大,到达峰值的时间延长;燃烧特性指数中火灾增长指数和火灾增长速率指数基本随着宽度的减小而增大;放热指数、烟因子和点燃指数受材料的厚度影响较大,前两者随着材料厚度的增加而增加,后者随材料厚度的增加而减小。

Abstract:A small-scale combustion experiment of thermoplastic polyurethane material with different sizes was carried out by cone calorimeter, and the parameters such as time to ignition, heat release rate, smoke release rate and combustion characteristic index were obtained. The effect of sample size on the combustion performance was analyzed. The results showed that the time to ignition increased with the increase of thickness. The increase of thickness lengthened the internal thermal conduction process, and made the peak heat release rate, the peak smoke release rate and the time to reach the peak increase. Fire growth index and fire growth rate index basically increased with the decrease of the width. The total heat release index, smoke factor and ignition index were greatly affected by the thickness. The total heat release index and smoke factor increased with the increase of thickness, while the ignition index decreased.
