摘    要:对某地下弹药库爆炸冲击波传播过程进行了较详细的分析和数值模拟,得到了弹药爆炸时地面空气冲击波的等效经验计算公式。两种方法得到的不同距离的冲击波超压值基本一致。

Abstract:Air shockwave caused by explosion of magazine underground propagates horizontally along the alley firstly, then dashes out vertically from the end of it, and spreads around in the half infinite air. This process is too complex to calculate with simple experiential formula. In this paper, the spread progress of air shockwave of the underground magazine blasting is analyzed in detail and numerically simulated. According to the explosion similar law and equivalent principle, the effect of shockwave produced by explosion underground can be equal to that on ground. It is to say that the explosion underground can be replaced by that which is a virtual one in the air on ground being apart from the entrance of magazine. So equivalent experiential formula of the air shockwave on ground is gained, by which the pressures of air shockwave at different distance from the entrance of magazine are received. The detail of the air shockwave spread is brought by numerical simulation with LS DYNA3D code. The pressure history of any spot in air space and the space distribution of shockwave at any time can be drawn expediently with computer. The maximum shock pressure at various spots obtained by two methods are basically consistent. It show that the three dimension modeling, the explosive and air parameters selected in calculating are correct. The difference between the results by the two methods is lower to 10%, which can be accepted in calculating for safety evaluation. Therefore the two are credible in safety calculating, and all can be used for safety evaluation.
